I began practicing yoga in 2015 as a means to incorporate more physical activity into my life. After losing my very high profile advertising job in 2016, I became ashamed and depressed because I thought it defined me. My friends and now Yoga Shelter family brought me on board to work in the Grosse Pointe studio and sparked a side of me that I didn't even know existed. I began to practice on a daily basis and then started my journey to become a certified instructor. This practice has placed me on a path of endless self discovery. I am having the time of my life learning, growing and building upon a foundation that was laid not too long ago. It is my goal to help guide every person I meet down that same path to find the truest and highest form of themselves. See you on the mat!

Fusion is a class that has been created for Vinyasa and Slow Flow to come together. This class will allow you to get the Vinyasa work out if you choose or the slow flow stretch it that's what you need.
Fusion is heated, a blend of flowing and holding. Create internal heat with sun salutations then the class shifts to a slower pace, holding postures. Recommended for students with some yoga experience.
